المهام الرئيسية

• Review project documents and existing monitoring, financial and results data; develop the review methodology, evaluation matrix, sampling approach, tools and workplan.
• Conduct field visits, key informant interviews, focus group discussions and structured observations of assets. Analyse existing quantitative data; no new household…
• Triangulate evidence on targeting, delivery, outcomes, implementation efficiency and asset sustainability, clearly explaining data gaps and limitations.
• Integrate gender equality, disability inclusion, protection and accountability throughout; ensure informed consent, confidentiality and independent judgement.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• An advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in Evaluation, Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Food Security…
• A first-level university degree combined with substantial relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.
