The selected candidate will be responsible for managing project data, maintaining an effective Management Information System (MIS), preparing analytical reports…
Main responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and regularly update project MIS databases and reporting systems.
- Collect, compile, validate and analyse field-level data relating to project activities, beneficiaries, outputs and outcomes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports, dashboards and analytical summaries.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based monitoring formats, data trackers and reporting tools.
Profile
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, charts and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of MIS reporting, database management and data validation.
- Ability to prepare dashboards, analytical reports and management presentations.
