Main responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of newly recruited staff by delivering WINGS-related guidance and training, ensuring familiarity with key finance processes, controls, and…
• Assist in providing procedural and technical support to the unit within the areas of finance and budget, to ensure compliance with WFP financial policies, rules and…
• Monitor monthly expenditure forecasts and provide expenditure reports in order to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to other finance and support staff, to ensure services are delivered consistently and to the required standards.

Profile

• Education: Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area is desirable.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Finance and/or Banking.
• Experience in preparing, analysing and reporting financial data on financial strength of companies /organisations is an added advantage.
