Funciones principales

• ? Market Research: Research local job markets, emerging employment opportunities, industry trends and in-demand skills.
• ? Industry Partnerships: Establish and strengthen partnerships with industries, hotels, corporates, HR departments, recruitment agencies and other employers.
• ? Employer Engagement: Conduct regular field visits and meetings with employers to understand workforce requirements, skill gaps and recruitment expectations.

Perfil buscado

• ? Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, HR, Management, Social Work, Communications or a related discipline.
• ? Excellent spoken and written skill of English and good knowledge of Hindi with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• ? Knowledge of market research, business development, employer networking, workforce mobilisation or placement coordination.
