• Ensure effective management of the SGP Country Programme team
• Supervise the SGP Country Programme Associate/ Assistant and provide necessary guidance and coaching;
• Promote and maintain effective teamwork within the SGP Country Programme team, the National Steering Committee members, and with the UNDP CO team;
