Principales missions
- Build and lead a network of 10 to 15 village volunteers and other mobilization channels.
- Mobilize rural youth to meet monthly admission targets for Kalyan Gurukuls and Kaushal Colleges.
- Equip volunteers and partners with training, tools and marketing material.
- Monitor daily field activity and channel performance; take corrective action on weak channels to sustain lead generation and conversion.
Profil recherché
- Commitment to rural development and community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with the vocational training and skill development ecosystem.
