Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment. This position will be placed at Band ( H2 Non-Manager) and will be reporting to the Protection Team Leader.
Principales missions
- Assist conflict-affected individuals to access life-saving medical interventions in line with DRC Victim Assistance SOP, including by conducting verification, requesting…
- Report any VA cases that will exceed the assistance ceiling, and arrange the case conference with the Protection Team Leader, Medical focal point, and Protection…
- Verify patients' information and confirm each case's admission.
- Follow up with individuals who are receiving or who have received medical treatment through DRC, including conducting regular visits to the hospitals based on the needs.
Profil recherché
- 2-3 years of experience in protection-related work, including direct experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Strong understanding of basic counseling and tailored protection support approaches; previous training in these areas is strongly preferred.
- Ability to discuss issues with respect and empathy.
