- Inception Report, including methodology, stakeholder mapping, and work plan
- Draft Legal Assessment Report, including findings, legal and institutional analysis, gap assessment, and preliminary recommendations
- Validation workshop and presentation of findings to relevant stakeholders
- After submission of the draft report
