The Accounting & Payments Coordinator supports One Acre Fund DRC’s operations by ensuring timely, accurate and properly authorized payments, complete expense documentation, and reliable financial records across all program sites.

• Review payment requests submitted by departments to verify their completeness, accuracy, supporting documentation and required approvals, in accordance with internal…
• Determine the appropriate payment method—bank transfer, cheque, cash or an approved mobile money channel—based on internal procedures, transaction requirements, security…
• Prepare bank transfers, cheques and other payment instructions for authorized approval and release;
• Monitor payments through to confirmation, investigate failed or delayed transactions, and retain proof of payment.
