Principales missions
- Team with the Finance and Administration team to ensure the integrity of accounting system data in the following:
- Process and record Accounts Payables and Receivables according to GAAP
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices including verifying W9/1099 and OFAC documents.
- Enter expenses into the Sage Intacct accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct accounting software; Bill.com (or similar expense payment software).
- Knowledge of GAAP and FASB requirements.
