The Contracting and Procurement (C&P) specialist is appointed in SNV Uganda’s Contracting and Procurement team within the Operations department. The C&P Specialist supports and monitors the proper implementation of SNV C&P Policy and Procedures across projects and the country office.
Principales missions
- Comprehensive contracting and procurement support throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
- Provides support to project teams and other stakeholders in the implementation of the C&P Policy and procedures
- Ensures compliance throughout including proper record keeping; maintains a strong overview on procurement requirements across teams with the aim of optimising processes
- Proposes improvement and shares information with relevant Operations’ stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, public procurement, purchasing and supply, or other supply chain management related field or equivalent. Master’s degree will be an…
