Principales missions
- Grants Administration and Solicitation
- Support development, maintenance, and implementation of a project grants manual using Winrock’s existing grants manual template.
- Maintain and implement subaward/grants trackers, procedures, and controls in accordance with USDOL requirements and Winrock policies and templates.
- Work with the project’s technical and M&E staff to translate approved project activities into clear subaward/grant concepts, scopes, milestones, deliverables, and…
Profil recherché
- Working knowledge of grants, subawards, procurement, internal controls, and compliance in a donor-funded environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, identify compliance and performance risks, and communicate practical corrective actions.
