Main responsibilities

• To undertake a range of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the department
• To wholly adhere/promote/implement to the fundraising code of conduct, dissecting current FR processes/procedures and applying best practice, communicate internally…
• Prepare resources and materials for events and activities, by conducting needs analysis and review events planning forms, ensure successful events and adequate availably…
• Provide Procurement support by Obtaining quotes for; venues, coaches, AV, catering etc. ensure smooth running and value for money in relation to volunteer activities
