Principales missions
- Provide reliable and safe driving services to the Head/Director of Office, UNESCO and United Nations officials and staff, including senior officials and visitors.
- Meet senior staff, officials and visitors at the airport and assist, when required, with basic visa and customs formalities.
- Plan efficient routes and coordinate the daily use of vehicles; where applicable, coordinate drivers and vehicles and provide guidance on traffic, safety and Office…
- Ensure the proper upkeep and day-to-day maintenance of assigned vehicles, maintain vehicle logs and prepare maintenance records and reports.
